You will receive a shipping reminder notification via email / sms once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners.
We offer tiered delivery charges for your orders.
Please note: Delivery charges are calculated based on total cart value after all discounts are applied.
Delivery date may be changed up to 12 hours before scheduled delivery at no extra charge. Incase you need to reschedule your delivery on shorter notice please drop us an email on email@example.com for assistance.
Starting 01 April 2020 all deliveries made will be contact-free. Our delivery person will place the thermal bag(s) on the ground outside the your door, step back at least one meter, and wait for you to collect your order before the order can be completed.
In case of no response to the doorbell / buzzer, our team will make up to two attempts to contact you over the phone.
Your package will be left at the door only after a written instruction is provided via email or text. Fusspot & Foodie will not be liable for any resulting damage caused to your items (thawing of food / condensation on packaging etc).
Incase we are unable to reach you, our courier will return the package to our kitchen.
A $25 re-delivery charge will apply for customers who are not present to receive their order during their selected delivery window.
